Daily Dosage:
1-2 tablets, three times daily, after a meal. (Please allow 6-12 weeks to observe improvements.

*Individual results may vary. For persistent acne breakouts, 2 tablets three times a day. For regular breakouts: blackheads, whiteheads, oily skin, enlarged pores, pimples, zits, 1 tablet three times a day.


Maintenance dose:

1-2 tablets a day for lasting effects.


Warnings:
  • If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
  • Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • Vitamin A can cause birth defects if taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents (RE). The recommended amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms RE for women and 900 micrograms RE for men.
  • Zinc may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
  • If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A without consulting your doctor.
  • Suitable for individuals 12+ years old.
