Fish oil rich in omega-3 acids 465 mg equivalent to:

DHA	87 mg
Evening primrose oil (omega-6) 300 mg equivalent to:
GLA	30 mg

Starting dose:	for the first 3 months, the recommended dosage is 2 capsules daily with water
Maintenance dose:	the recommended dosage is 1 capsule daily

Continue taking Equazen daily to maintain benefits, or for as long as recommended by your healthcare professional. Effects may be felt sooner but typical results demonstrate best results after 3 months of daily use.
Use in children under 3 years of age is not recommended.
