Orthoplex White TMG is a powdered formulation of the amino acid derivative Trimethylglycine. TMG (Trimethylglycine) is a naturally produced amine that can also be synthesised endogenously through the oxidation of choline.
One metric 5ml teaspoon contains

Adult Dose: One metric 5ml teaspoon contains 4.9g Trimethylglycine (Betaine anhydrous).
