Description

Used traditionally in Western herbal medicine to relieve premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms including breast tenderness and relieve painful or irregular periods.

In Western herbal medicine, Vitex is:

• Traditionally used to reduce symptoms of premenstrual tension such as breast tenderness
• Traditionally taken to relieve period pain (also known as dysmenorrhoea)
• Traditionally utilised to regulate a healthy menstrual cycle and reduce irregular periods
• Traditionally used to maintain the health of the female reproductive system

Each tablet contains extract equivalent to dry:
Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus) fruit 100mg, dry equiv.	1g
