• The herb is well known and much used as a tranquilising sedative. The oil, containing valeranone and valeric acid esters has similar uses and may be very relaxing & calming for highly agitated states.
• May be beneficial for insomnia, restlessness and disturbed sleep patterns.
• May also benefit tension and migraine headaches.
