Brauer's Magnesium+ Night + Pain Relief has been specifically designed to provide a triple action formulation. Each single serve sachet contains 2 forms of bioavailable magnesium, herbal extracts and PEA.

Each 2g sachet contains:

Palmidrol (PEA)	300mg
Magnesium (from Magnesium citrate)	25mg
Magnesium (from Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate)	125mg
Total Magnesium	150mg
Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) extract dry conc	120mg
from dry leaf	1.2g
Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa extract dry conc	30mg
from dy seed	1.5g

Add sachet to 200 mL water and stir briefly. Alternatively, add to warm water to provide a soothing drink prior to sleep.
