- Turmeric is traditionally used to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia (carminative) and is an anti-inflammatory.

Adults: 4 capsules 2 times per day or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Cautions:
Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, kidney or cardiovascular disorder, taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac
glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxative or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a liver disorder, diabetes, gallstones, bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, taking antidepressant medications, blood thinners, or digoxin. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, headache, or hypersensitivity such as allergy, in which case discontinue use.
